Apartments - Single level

Often used for couples or smaller families these properties offer simplicity and economy - they will sometimes be located within the benefits of a housing "Complex" with shared facilities though we have properties available which are small with one bedroom and offer comfort with minimal maintenance.

Duplex Apartments

Duplexes (Apartments with 2 floors with internal access between them) offer the same focus on simplicity without land to care for yet can give the benefits of shared communal facilities - pools, gymnasia, sauna, etc. Duplex Apartments can often have 2 or 3 bedrooms so are suitable for the family with small children - can often be ideal for "Buy to Let" investors

Penthouse Apartments

Generally our developers like to add a few extra luxuries to their penthouse apartments and as they are on the top floor (or if duplex the top two floors) then they offer the benefit of great views of the surrounding area - whether a sea or mountain view in Turkey they can be quite breathtaking especially at sunrise or sunset. Some of our Duplex penthouse units even offer double height frontages with galleries and can be extremely impressive.

Detached Houses

When our clients prefer a more sedate pace of life within their own "space" there is great comfrt to be found in their own separate property - with land around a detached building of their own. Privacy is an assured luxury when preferred and many of our properties have their own pools - the neighbours can always be invited and the community built! Children can be simply overseen and friends from England can join from time to time.

Villas

In ancient Rome or one of its colonies, a villa was a country farmhouse with living quarters and a courtyard and has since developed an association with luxurious living - more recently to include some outside space and terraces, often with private swimming pool. We have a number of villa types but we look for high quality with a touch of elegance in our villas - whether by the sea, with mountain views or in the centre of the Golf Community of Turkey
