Our Code of Practice for International Residential Property Transactions
Principals, partners and directors will ensure that they and all members of their staff must comply with this Code of Practice as well as with all the legislation of any country in which they practice.
Paradise Property World is required to act at all times in the interest of their clients and applicants. They shall use their best endeavours to avoid conflicts of interest and to disclose any personal or corporate interest.
Paradise Property World will respect and maintain complete confidentiality between client and themselves regarding any customer information.
Paradise Property World will under no circumstances ever discriminate against or deny full professional service to any person for reason of disability, religion or creed, race, sex, marital status or country of origin.
Paradise Property World will at all times keep their knowledge of relevant rules and legislations up to date.
Paradise Property World staff will not at any time bring disrepute to their Company or to the international property profession.
Paradise Property World will perform all their dealings with clients and customers with honesty and integrity and work to the highest standard in giving scrupulous attention to detail by gathering and preparing any and all information necessary for the assessment and sale of property. This will include but not be limited to due diligence in confirming the status of planning permission and completion certificates on all off-plan, new and resale property as applied in the location country.
Paradise Property World will ensure that all advertising meets the highest standards of accuracy, honesty, and fairness.
Paradise Property World will at all times declare interest in any transaction and represent clearly the business relationship between involved parties and themselves.
Paradise Property World shall ensure that no property will be offered for sale without the client having been given written confirmation of the terms and fees and shall not be offered through a sub agent without permission.
Paradise Property World must not make any false, misleading or exaggerated claims whether oral or written regarding the sales price, investment returns or rent.
Paradise Property World will take reasonable measures for ascertaining the ability of a prospective purchaser to proceed with the transaction.
Paradise Property World will ensure effective and timely communication with clients regarding progress of any "off plan" purchases during the various stages of construction of such developments.
Paradise Property World will, before any legally binding contract is entered into, recommend that their client, whether vendor or prospective purchaser, seek independent legal advice to effect the sale or purchase in a legal and proper way. Paradise Property World, where possible, should if consulted provide options from which a suitable advisor can be chosen.
Within this Code of Practice, the term "Agent" refers to Paradise Property World and its principals, partners and directors and all members of their staff. "Client" refers to the property developer or owner with whom the Agent has agreements to promote and sell property. "Customer" means any client, personal or corporate, to whom a property is introduced and sold.
