The Standard is normally very good. All foreigners have to pay for medical
treatment but you can arrange private medical insurance from the UK for short
visits or in Turkey if you are staying for a long term. Most hospitals are
private and have a good Standard of equipment and qualified staff - best of all
they will not keep you waiting.
