Are there any annual taxes that have to be paid in Turkey?
Yes there are 3 different taxes:
a) community tax, approximately £8 for the year.
b) Property Tax 0.5% - 0.6% paid yearly depending on the type of property and
location.
c) Government Earthquake insurance
